That is why the initial consultation is the most important part of the overall experience, as I can learn about your goals and objectives, exercise likes and dislikes, and you can learn about my approach and the support I can provide.

I will develop programmes that will be challenging to maximise your results. We will undertake a fitness assessment which will be used to inform the focus of your fitness programme and will ensure that we have a baseline to work form, allowing for a results focussed approach.
I understand that exercising and physical activity is just part of our lives and therefore needs to be fitted in around many other commitments. As such, I offer a flexible service, allowing you to decide upon the level of support you require, whether this be a 4 week programme written for you to follow in your own time or one to one support sessions
