Bid writing - read the brief and understand the objectives. Interview the team involved and create compelling CV's/pen profiles to sell your company. Collate the required experience such as case studies, client testimony and surveys. Weave experience and proof of knowledge into the answers.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the varied nature of what I do, the concept stage is always the most challenging but is also the most rewarding. The reward is when you get the balance just right and the client's vision comes to life.

I have always worked for myself, even when I have a full time job, my spare time is dedicated to doing more.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working from home and remotely has been the norm for many years, creative services can be easily delivered without much or any contact other than by digital means. I do like to talk to my customers on the phone/video though as we can be a lot more passionate about the project/task at hand.
