Had a burst pipe in the house which meant a lot of radiators had been disconnected then refitted but started experiencing issues with radiators not heating properly and boiler pressure dropping. Couldn’t see anything obvious so called Sean. He was open and transparent about cost from our first phone call, he turned up exactly when he said he would, him and his partner were both very thorough, clearly knew their stuff and explained everything as they went along in Layman’s terms. Told me I’d need my boiler replaced at some point in the near future and explained why but didn’t try and string me along that it needed done now despite the fact that visibly it could easily have been required. Genuinely pleasant guys as well. Will definitely return when boiler does need done. Would definitely recommend. More...

Highly professional & courteous at all times. So good in fact that we are going to use them to service the cylinder & boiler annually. Highly recommended.
