Whislt we at Golf City Taxis appreciate ALL feedback whether negative or positive we would like the customer if they have a problem with any of our services to contact us direct first and foremost, I have just read 3 reviews which in our opinion could have been dealt with urgently direct with the company, we are appalled that the standards we promote are not showing to some of our customers from our drivers. If nobody tells us directly we cannot act on this, We apologise immensely for any bad experience our customers have had and will do our utmost to solve and improve this.All I'll say is for any customer who wishes to lodge a complaint for anything please contact us direct first so we can act quickly on any matter.We appreciate reviews good or bad as this helps with the company moving forward.But to read reviews on This that we have no knowledge of the said incidents we cannot act as a matter of urgency.Best regardsMark More...
