Superb, absolutely of the standard one would expect of a top West End tailor. Good for anything from fixing buttons to formal evening dress. They charged for the whole job at the first fitting: at the second fitting they insisted on making some further alterations at their own expense. This is a sure sign of a business that values excellence, and whose business model is based on exceptionally pleased customers recommending them to others, rather than on making as much profit as possible on each customer. Thank you so much for the alterations you carried out on my leather All Saints jacket.After purchasing the jacket my weight dramatically changed and I never got more than one wear out of my gorgeous jacket. After reading reviews I was convinced that Gold Needle was the place to take my wedding dress for some simple alterations. Sadly I was badly let down by the quality of work (leaving the dress unwearable) and customer service (still argumentatively charging me for work which had been poorly executed and rendered my dress useless) resulting in me having to take my dress elsewhere for many further alterations to repair the damage done at Gold Needle- costing me overall almost the full value of the dress. We take all complaints very seriously. Your wedding dress required side to be taken in, straps lifted and hem shortened. This has been completed to the perfect fit and during your last appointment with Olga the dress fitted you perfect. I believe there was a misunderstanding from your side in terms of payment and you feeling that you have overpaid for the quality service we provided and refusing to pay for the service.
