Actor/ Stuntman- As an ex Athelete I was thoroughly impressed with the high level of service and and will be using continuously as an extension to my rehabilitations.
I wanted to loosen my muscles to enable more flexabilty and range of movement. We went through some srretches and a targeted massage which instantly improved my flexabilty.

I went to meet Greg this evening for a massage as I was sore from my pre season game on the weekend. I have a game tomorrow night so wanted to prepare right and loosen up before the match.
He made me feel welcome and helped me stretch out for a while before the massage. He took great detail into every stretch and ensured that I stretched properly to prepare. I had an excellent massage and fantastic communication throughout to find out if I was comfortable. I had a long stretch after the massage to finish so I could see the benefits of the experience. Greg is highly recommended and will be a regular client throughout my football season!

GN Sports massage was recommended to me and to be honest it turned out to be one of the best treatments I have undergone in my duration of having massages done to me.

I saw Greg yesterday, and straight away makes you feel welcome, explained step by step everything he was doing as he was doing it, the reasons and benefits.
Very professional mannerism.
It wasnt all about massage, he showed me various stretches that will also benefit my muscles and joints, and within the hour we saw incredible progress.
Look forward to seeing him again, for my next session
