I met Ben back in October 2017 at Unit 7 gym. I considered myself pretty active but not really achieving to much. Ben took me under his wing, showed me how to use the gym equipment effectively to start to get results. In March 2018 we stepped it up to a 12 week challenge with a dedicated programme and diet plan. Since the turn of the year I've lost around two stone in weight and continue to learn new exercises with Ben being there all the way. With dedication Ben will not let you fail, he's a great down to earth guy with a wealth of experience to pass on.

I started a 12 Week training plan with Ben with the aim of getting fitter, stronger and losing weight.
Ben listened to what I wanted to achieve and then produced an in depth plan for me to follow with details on diet and training.
Ben takes the time to explain why he has given you certain exercises and dietary plans to follow and how they will benefit your end goal.
I also have 2 PT sessions a week training with Ben and every one is different and a challenge.
The good variety keeps you interested and the results are clear to see.
Fab PT, highly recommend.

Originally signed up for a 8 week programme to lose as much fat as possible back in October 2017 for my wedding.
The results were outstanding. So much so that I am now a on going client of Ben's looking to achieve great results long term.

Ben is absolutely fantastic and is so passionate and dedicated to his clients that he will always push to to your limit. I signed up for a 12 week program and lost 24lbs and enjoyed it so much that I am with him ongoing now to get fitter and stronger. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ben's worked with me through two programmes - a bulk and a cut and the results which he's been able to achieve on both have been awesome. Definitely a personal trainer for those who already have a few years gym training already under their belt. The diet and workout plans have been spot on and adjusted if progress is slowing down - plus in the gym he's got a keen eye for improving technique and pacing to get you the results you need. Hire him, you won't be disappointed.
