We used Globetrotterz this summer for the first time to transfer us to and from the airport. They were excellent. Their communication was great with a confirmation email at the time of booking and a text the day before pick up along with our driver's number and name. They were punctual, professional and friendly. Even when we were delayed on our return leg, they were waiting as promised on our return. Would absolutely 100% recommend this service. we have used Globetrotters for over 20 years, we have never had to wait for our taxi to or from the airport, even if our flight was early or late, even one year we booked the take off date on the way back not the landing date, our driver was still standing by WH, Smith shop as normal with a Globetrotter sign in there hand, Globetrotters never make you walk over to the garage or up stairs to the drop off in the cold and rain they come in side by the WH, Smith shop where they say they will meet you what a great service they give thanks, from us both
