What makes a great website?
Your website should be a visual representation of your business and brand. It should work efficiently and fast. If you don’t love your website then we haven’t done our job right.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It varies project to project, but our philosophy is that we set expectations beforehand so that both you and I are clear on what we need to do to meet our deadlines. Some questions we like to ask are:
Do you have an existing website?
How many pages would you like on your site and what would you like them to be? (Ie: Home, about, shop, contact us)
Describe your creative process.
Before we get to the drawing board, we learn everything we can about your business and mission, as well as get a feel for what exactly it is you are looking for. Once we have that to work with, it goes pretty quickly. We want you to love your site so don’t hesitate to speak up about your desires and goals.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
No one knows your business better than you. Text content and pictures are always required as the process begins. This is something that we can handle as well for an extra charge but we advise that content comes from you to make the process go smoother.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting and exceeding expectations. When a project comes together and we have a happy client, THAT is what I love about my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in a home full of entrepreneurs so I knew I always wanted to start my own business. We have been in business now for 3 and a half years and counting.
