Global Immigration Solutions was recommended to me by a colleague when I was about to prepare an application for my Cuban husband to join me in the UK. From the first call when I took advice from Asha I felt supported through what was a very stressful and time-consuming process; I didn't want to risk getting things wrong and felt the investment was money very well spent. The advice I received was invaluable and the process and support docs required were laid out clearly from the offset (in spite of that I had lots of questions which were always answered) and Asha guided me along the way. I thought it would take the full 3 months and more but about 7 weeks after we lodged the application in Havana (and the same day I had just depressed myself by reading about processing delays on a web forum!) my husband messaged me to let me know the Embassy confirmed he could collect his passport. Thank you so much I have been meaning to finish this review since December but I have been busy enjoying my new life along side my wife. After many years and many rejected Visas we was forced to be apart and this was a very sad time for us both. after reading many horror stories online I wasn't sure about what company I could trust but after reading a few positive reviews I decided to Contact Global immigration solutions. this was going to be my last attempt as I was not very confident we would ever get a visa for my wife to come to the UK. Highly recommend Global Immigration Solutions. I had a successful outcome and in half of the processing time advised by the Home Office! I would like to say a huge thank you to Asha Thomas at Global Immigration Solutions, for her support and professionally handling my case. I was incredibly impressed with her work with me and her commitment to my case. She always answered her phones whenever I call, even when she can’t she call you back. Respond to her email in no time. She is extremely organised, she asked me to send her all my husbands papers so she can make sure that they are sufficient and in the right order. She paid attention to small details, which was great, as I would’ve never managed to do it correctly my self. Asha has been truly magnificent throughout my family's long struggle to get the Home Office to grant my wife and daughter residency in the UK.
After twice being declined, it was a case of third time lucky with Asha. If only we had found her services earlier I believe we would have saved literally years of worry and thousands of pounds too. I'm more than happy with the service I have received from global integration solution,
I have used Global immigration twice and my applications was successful,
Asha is the best and she's very professional with advice and paperwork that it's cover anything and everything the home office could ask for.
I have got my wife's visa today and it's 30 months and she's advised me with what we need to do for paperwork and how to prepare
Everything for the next 30 months .

Asha proved to be a very professional and detailed personality. She meticulously checked my documents and ensured every single one of them met the home office requirements. Their fees are quite affordable AND reasonable considering the level of service they provide especially when you compare that to some other firms that will charge you in the excess of £5£££ for far less professional service.

Asha gladly took my calls before and after my application was submitted. She even assisted in consulting with my sponsor's/partner's accountant when he was experiencing difficulties getting all his financial documentation in place. After the application was lodged she kept in contact to find out if I had received any news of a decision.

Asha did not treat us like "just another client" she went over and above board. Even when my Visa was issued and she congratulated me, her first advise to me and my partner was that we should begin to put in place all the documentations we would require for my extension which wasn't going to be due for another 33 months.

I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking help with immigration matters. You'd be glad you chose them! More...

This is the second time we have used Global Immigration Solutions, Asha has been the one who has dealt with our case on each occasion. I am more than happy with the service we have received. Asha certainly knows her job. Communication has been frequent, so much so I feel like we are friends. On one of my recent emails to Asha I told her that she deserved a pay rise just for our case alone, she responded by saying that a review on Google would suffice - absolutely my pleasure Asha :) We have just had our appointment today and was successful with our application and I know we couldn't have gone through the whole process without Asha. These people are THE BEST!
I was in a very difficult and desperate situation and ended up approaching 3 lawyers before them. One of the lawyers even tried to charge me £900.00 home office fee that did not apply to my case. Another one who was one of the “top” lawyers in London and who was charging 6 times as much as the “Global Immigration Solution” at the time – told me “there is no hope for your case”).
When I met Robin and talked to him I felt he was very honest and experienced lawyer. He explained to me that my case was indeed difficult but not impossible and he explained what would be the plan “B”, “C” and “D” in case Home Office refuses me. My case was refused first time but Robin appealed without telling me or charging me any extra fees which was amazing to experience (imagine your feelings and disappointment being told “your case has been refused by the home office” after everything I have been through by then – 7 years of waiting for the dream to become true). Never the less, eventually i got my “indefinite leave to remain” status and when I asked Robin if I could come back to him when applying for nationality the following year his reply was “there is no need for me filling up your forms and taking any fees. It is a strait forward process however if you think you have some extra cash and want to hand it over to me as a fee then come and will sort out your application” LOL
I got my nationality and the UK passport 6 months ago. Since last time I was in the office of the “Global Immigration Solutions” I have referred more than 12 people to them including my best friend Aiman who had been told by 2 lawyers before that they couldn’t help him but Robin did and he got his “indefinite leave to remain” few months ago!
