Thank you and the grotto for my 3 year old daughters first magical trip to see Santa on Sunday, she was very undecided about going in to see him, the negotiation lasted around half an hour, with endless questions but the elves and helpers at the grotto were lovely with her and her little face was a picture. She has not stopped talking about it since. Even better its all for charity too. Thanks again everyone! More...

Lovely shops. Quite upmarket with some top brands on sale. Nice place for that tasty treat and coffee. The centre manager is always on hand to help and does a lot for needy causes in the community. Well recommended.

Great Arcade of Victorian design and beautifully kept with lots of interesting shops that all have something a bit different and I interesting. My personal favourite is the Tradional Sweet Shop with its fascinating selection of goodies and ice team. There is a great Photographic Exhibition on at the moment too! More...

It's a fantastic Victorian experience. The food in the Pie and Pudding is scrumptious!! You can eat in the Arcade all year round and feel like you are dining outside. Well worth a visit.
