RUN! In my opinion, GLIO a counseling is the most unprofessional, unethical, ill equipped counseling office around. The owners are cold and uncaring not to mention they are absolutely some of the most heartless, untrustworthy and immoral “healthcare providers” I have ever encountered.
They do not care about helping people. The cowardly owner won’t even return my calls after causing serious trauma to my family and what I believe to be malpractice.
I should have followed my gut when I had to leave multiple messages and internet inquiries to get and appointment scheduled, even after I had already filled out all the paperwork online. Right from the start the place was unprofessional and unorganized and those are the nicest things I can say about GLIO counseling.
We came to this office looking for help and now my kids are completely traumatized by the actions of the owners of this business. We came to them for help and they completely abandoned our family.
DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVE GO TO GLIO.

My counselor Joe is Amazing...he has helped me so much. I know he really, truly cares. He texts me and calls me to check on me to make sure I am okay. My son has several issues, including my recent divorce. We have seen Joe for approximately 11 months now, I cant explain the changes our family has made. Its unbelievable. Counselor Joe is a very good counselor. My daughter seen him and he helped her with anxiety and self esteem. She uses what she learned in coping skills. We appreciate Joe so much.

Very responsive and helpful, very flexible and so gentle and kind. Joe has been a great help and support, and is genuinely concerned for any issues that may arise.
Personally checks in to make sure things are going well.

Joe has been a wonderful help to myself and my family for years! There have been some challenging times that I dont know what we would have done without him! The staff is wonderful as well!
