We arranged to move first working day of New Year. As it turned out could not have been at a worse time. I had come out of hospital the day before and could not help in any way. Also Glenn was sick. Despite this the guys carried out the move without any problems in a friendly professional efficient manner. They had respect for the furniture and the properties. They reassembled and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted. What could have been a very difficult time went without any problems. They are also very competitive on price. Found out, at short notice that our completion date was only a fortnight away. Following a recommendation from our neighbour I rang Glenn on the Thursday, he arranged to come round on the Saturday morning at 10am to provide a quote. He arrived bang on time, had a browse round and said he would provide a quote on the Monday, which he did. It wasn't a straight forward move so the quote was for removal of our furniture and belongings all to a storage facility. The quote was the best of the 3 we got and the storage costs were significantly less than the other two. Glenn arranged to collect the first boxes the following Wednesday but said he might call me to arrange collection earlier if he could. All the boxes from the garage and outside furniture and tools we're all collected on the Tuesday, following a call, and the remainder of our contents on Wednesday. Glenn then arranged to collect the last few pieces of furniture on moving day. He always arrived promptly, worked very quickly and kept in contact to let us know what was happening. I was looking at moving from Batley to Essex and after looking around I decided to give Glen a call and I'm glad that I did. He came around, had a look at what needed moving and worked out a price I was really happy with. He left me with boxes, tape, bubble wrap and paper and a couple of weeks later when I was ready he came, removed the stuff, even dismantling an antique bed and took it away to store for a few weeks. When I was ready he brought the stuff to Essex, put it where I asked and was helpful all through. He was careful, professional, courteous and spot on considering the effort he had to put in lugging all my stuff around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and was really happy with everything. A close friend of mine had referred me to this company as she had them come out a number of times for their services.
