Chris and Carl did the build prep work for our new kitchen. When dealing with builders it’s a minefield of vastly different quotes and advice. From the beginning we found Chris and Carl to be the most genuine, practical and fair. They turned up on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves and delivered as promised. Carl recently fitted a new sink, cupboard taps, bathroom mixer taps and did a few little snagging jobs for me. We chose Glassar Projects on the recommendation of a friend and are very glad that we did. The job involved extending an integral garage at the back of the house, using half of it as a kitchen and knocking through from the original kitchen.
The end result was a much bigger kitchen and dining area.
Chris and Carl are a pleasure to work with, are flexible to changing requirements, and their standard of workmanship is first class. When they use other tradesmen, their standards are also high and come and go without any bother. Glassar took the whole job through from digging the foundations, pulling in roofers and bricklayers etc, fitting windows and doors, ripping out old kitchen and replacing, and finishing with lighting, skirting board etc.
We are very happy with the end result, so much so that we asked them to build a proper brick porch on the front of the house. Their charges are reasonable, with any changes from the quotation being explained properly, and their staged payment system works well and is fair to both parties.
We can thoroughly recommend Glassar Projects for your small to medium sized building projects.

Chris and Carl completed our extension and renovation project last week. I couldn't be happier with the standard of their work and their "can do" attitude. They made helpful suggestions, listened to what we wanted and just got on with it. They did a great job of cleaning up and finishing off afterwards and the end result is stunning.
