Gladstone were keen to do the work and we’re able to start asap, which was important to us, as the equipment inside the garage currently was constantly soaking due to the bad weather.

Our roof was in a very sorry state and we arranged for 2 quotes from the Which trusted traders list in our area. This firm were professional, friendly, honest and thorough. There was no comparison really as the other one quoted less but when I read the small print they only intended to do one side of the roof! Gladstone property improvements carried out the job quickly and went over and above what they intended to do without adjusting the original quote. My husband retired a long time ago but he was an Electrical Contractor and Builder and having had it looked over he is delighted with the quality of the work. as I had a really positive experience with a roof repair at my previous property.
I asked for a quote as the chimney breast was showing signs of damp upstairs so I was visited within a day and my roof was assessed.
