I have been attending the practice for several years. Having had several painful experiences PRIOR to Rooban's involvement with my teeth,I can honestly say he has never caused me any pain. A real miracle worker-plus he has fantastic support from his staff.Faye always puts you at ease and has a remarkable ability for voice recognition in that when I call every 6months (or so) she immediately recognises me and efficiently makes my booking.(normally after trying to convince me that her favourite football team will win something -one day?!!!!) Ruben and all his team are outstanding. At other dentists, I've experienced horrific treatment dating back to 'the school dentist' for those who remember those days. ; so I'm not the most relaxed patient. After trying a few local dentists I decided to travel 1.5hrs to see the dentist here who I saw a few years ago. Had an extraction for an implant this time, which I dreaded, but the whole process was pain free! Could barely feel the anesthetic injection and hadn't even realised the tooth was out - perfect. A good Dentist is hard to find! So much so that I once used to travel 6 miles for my check up and, now have no issue to travel the 27 miles to see Ruben.
