Our  HOA launched a re-roofing project for our 6-unit Burbank townhome complex in 2013.  We obtained 3 bids and GIO Roofing was the least expensive while promising the same features asthe other companies.  Since then, they have been back twice to patch holes in the roof leading to leaks. The first was caused by a bullet (!) coming down and penetrating the roof's outer layer.  The 2nd visit (2018) was to re-seal around pipes and a crack along the roof's outer edge.  They used a new kind of fibrous mastic for the job that should stand up better to the wear and tear of mother nature.  There was no charge for either service since our 10-year guarantee is in force until 2023.  We have had an excellent experience with Gio Roofing and recommend them highly.
