I had a garden party for my 21st birthday last weekend and hired Getstaffed to make some cocktails for the evening. I had Nathan as our designated mixologist for the night and I could not thank him enough for the great job he did. Nathan was friendly, talkative and very professional. What do you love most about your job?
Cocktails! Who doesn't love cocktails? Creating cocktails and a customers service experience that guests won't forget!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a lack of skilled labour in the industry. Large numbers of clients suffering from staff quality, staff reliability and staff turnover. From this we developed a web based portal and training programme to counter these issues.
