What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Everyone needs to be relaxed. The photographer needs to master his tools, be collected and prepared. Likewise, his subject needs to be at ease, comfortable, and enjoying themselves.
When the two come together, a photograph is formed.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What can I bring to the table? What can I go above and beyond to do for you? I put a lot of emphasis on client satisfaction - I want them to know what they’ll receive, and how I’ll deliver this. It’s always best to be transparent with each other before starting any new project.
What do you love most about your job?
The feeling that I’m a guest at the wedding. Getting to know the bride and groom prior to the big day, I really enjoy spending time around them. Through this, I don’t feel that I’m working for you, but working with you, to contribute to the inspiring day that is your wedding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandmother inspired me to make my own business. She always promoted great independence and that I was the one who guided my own path in life.
Why should our clients choose you?
You emphasise quality over all else. You want to be relaxed, enjoy your day, and the last thing you want would be to have the paparazzi at your wedding. I get to know you, and what you enjoy. This personal touch ensures a fantastic day, and a satisfied client.
