We have been here two years in a row now and absolutely love it. The meadow is beautiful and the outdoor shower is great!

Beautiful, rustic camping but with such thoughtful and charming touches. Loved the shower and pretty bar/kitchen with fresh eggs although we didn’t sample them this time. So friendly too. Highly recommend. Next time we’ll stay longer! More...

We had a brilliant time at your camp site for our family wedding. The children had a fantastic time and the adults were relaxed knowing they were all safe. The central bar/kitchen area is brilliant and we loved the fire pit. All the traders in Ottery were lovely and incredibly helpful: flowers, meat, fish. We had a wonderful time. More...

I'm not sure how my other half found you but I'm glad he did. Perfect campsite, perfect weather, perfect host in fran and the bar/kitchen area is so wonderful the shower is amazing (I want a shower like that at home) and everything was exactly what we were after. A lovely eco, quiet campsite. My family loved it, the kids loved having the space to run around and what was wonderful is it was safe. Such a lovely place to hold a short break away and my wedding reception. Thank you so much. we hope to return next year. More...

Charming place in charming Devon. Picturesque and the owners a real dear. Super eco friendly and the firepit and bar area tie it together into one lovely weekend package. Bloody spot-on.

Lovely eco friendly campsite, nice leafy surroundings and good spacious ground for pitching tents. At the same time it has a regular bus service to Exeter nearby if you do not have a vehicle. Nice views of hills. Thanks, if I look to come to Exeter again I will look to stay there for a few days. More...

We had a great stay here a few weeks ago, and our dogs loved it as well. Fan is lovely and very helpful, especially when we realised we had forgotten the pump for the air bed! Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a place away from the crowds. Clean eco-facilities too. More...

What’s your signature dish?
Valencian Paella cooked outside in a huge pan on a big gas ring - perfect for eating al fresco at summer parties and big informal celebrations .
Made with lots of local fish landed at Brixham, fabulous Devon slow reared pork and happy free range chicken, colourful vegetables and soft melty butter beans. I use proper bomba rice from Spain and the best Saffron I can find. I use a bottle of Spanish white wine and a suitably rich vegetable stock. I finish it off with handfulls of freshly chopped herbs and cherry tomatoes. Delicious.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Get to know them with an informal chat over a coffee and find out what they really like and don't, what ingredients they really love and why. Also I will check out what style of event they are organising how they imagine it to be and who will be there and what's the purpose of the event, what are the priorities and how much do they want to spend.
What do you love most about your job?
Giving people nourishing food to eat, seeing them enjoy it and hoping they will remember it for all the right reasons.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am very self motivated and lucky to almost always have worked for myself. I like the freedom this gives me and the challanges it offers.
Why should our clients choose you?
With 12 years catering experience I am reliable, responsible and organised. I along with my consientious team produce wonderful, nourishing food for all types of events and pay attention to keeping our work practices sustainable in every way we can. My food is flavourful, with gorgeous aromas and always looks wonderfully colourful. My pricing is fair and the best value for money.
