Poor service, unprofessional, low quality. It's my mistake that I paid in advance before I receive the final results.
I never met a professional photographer asking the client to help in assemble the equipment for him/with him.
The Photoshoped images are exactly the same as the raw images.
Promised to filter the images, but after waiting for 2 days he claims that he filtered the images, but he sent me whatever was on the memory card and I had to filter them myself. So basically I did his job.
Images had watermark everywhere and it was hard to choose.
If you want him to remove the watermark he will ask you to pay extra.
He told me that he will let me choose the background color but he had only one background. He did even have a black as I requested. He bought it same day of the event and full of wrinkles.
Refuses to give the raw images unless I pay extra.
Changing his mindes about the number of edited photos 4 times.
Took a long time to test his equipments in my house during the booked period and he made me feel that he is done me a huge favor when we passed the 1 hour.
Even with my nerve injury, he still asked me to help in packing his equipments and loading them to his car.
And even when I paid extra, he doesn't provide what I paid for.
I spent more to asked others to rework on the same images.
As I mentioned, it's my mistake that I gave the trust and paid full amount before reviewing the results.
Maybe that's why he insisted on having the money earlier!
I even asked him to delete all the remaining images and to confirm. He doesn't reply!

Had George last night’s event “50th Birthday” at the Chipstead Cricket Club out of the blue as my planned photographer had an uneventful circumstances.
Discovered his “back.com” and suggested a long list of professional photographers. I had a little bit confused whose to choose as they are all good. All has a 5 star ratings amongst the rest George has only 1 review. Since it was a very short notice to look for a replacement I’ve chosen 2 people to ask if they can service my event. One from the one has a top ratings and serviced a lot of happy clients, and I message George Elliot with having only 1 review. Of course I chant my usual prayer to give me the proper person to service me. Surprise surprise! George replies first and job goes to him.
I have heard so much good feedback about George from my guests and made my event fabulous and entertaining. I personally witnessed it as I am a bit shy if all people staring on your poses, but George made it all done professionally that made me feel comfortable.
I saw the slideshow played during the event on the spot, and everyone were impressed.
The price was affordable, thought he would overcharge me as it was a short notice. He and his compatriot were so professional.
I would recommend George Elliot for his photography skills.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Experience and being able to help the subject to be at ease and knowing what a good shot looks like.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Getting to know my client is the most important part. What they need and in most cases, giving them ideas. That way they will feel at ease and confident being in front of the camera. If they are already at ease and condident in front of a camera, then capturing them and any other people with them will help me to help then get great results.
What do you love most about your job?
The joy in seeing peoples hearts when they see my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A former bank manager, customer services manager; allows me to put my wealth of experience in helping people, into my work. Having my own business enables me to be in charge of my own destiny, and thus create stunning work for my customers.
