I offer one to one training and group training, covering all goals from weight loss to rehabilitation specialising in lower back and neck health. I have a high success rate in getting people who suffer from bad backs exercising again. I also offer nutritional advise and plans that fit in with your life no matter how hectic.

I have a joint pt session with George once a week which I can honestly say I really look forward to every week. Each week I can really feel myself getting stronger and after just a few weeks I had a pb on my deadlift which was a great achievement for me and couldn’t have done it without George’s professional guidance and encouragement (he sure does know his stuff) I would highly recommend George what ever you want to achieve you will definitely get results!!

George has helped rehabilitate my knees and shoulder. He has managed to eliminate any pain, increase my strength, and greatly improve mobility. I now enjoy power lifting, which is something I would never have able to do in the past. More...

I love all aspects of the job. I love seeing my clients getting the results we set especially when they came to me unable to exercise because of injury.

I have worked in the industry for a long time as an emolyed personal trainer working with lots of clients. I am passionate about the industry and felt I had to little time to prepare for clients when employed. Starting my own business means I can assign time to make the sessions great and keep my standard of service high.

I have been in the industry for 7 years and am passionate about helping clients get results. I have had a high success rate when it comes to fat loss and back rehabilitation.

For anyone who likes training as a group book into our small group training currently running on Saturday mornings. Good fun and a great workout.

Want the group environment in your workout with the specifications of PT, why not try our semi private training. All you need is a couple of friends with similar goals. We monitor the sessions like PT while have the cost effective benefits of group training.
