Are you ready for a hard workout and for a challenge this year?
Because I do and I’m going to be there to help you! !!
I am Gabor Kurucz, the instructor and guard of the 115 official training method.
In 2014 September Adam Deres created this training method with a small group of 10 person.
Today, almost 200 person taking his classes in rotation,and also there are classes where the number of people is 140.
Itself already sounds so much fun which makes the training cheer in an intimate atmosphere.
That’s what I wish to create here in London too. In the city of possibilities where lots of culture meets.

Me personally in my life I build the workout into my daily routine and I hope from now on we will build it in yours too, also let’s mention here the cause of the changes in your daily routine like healthy eating and the focused body improvement.
Our next sequence starts from 16th January to 14th March, where we progressively building up and improving ourselves.
Afterwards there are no trainings shall be done until April for the necessity of the body regeneration.
In April we are going to start another sequence which is called Summer Body Project in England for the first time ,in Hungary for a third time.
As a result of the training:
There were people who lost 8-10-20 kilos but also 18 or 15 kilos too, thanks to themselves for keeping up to a goodwork.
Into the DIARY/EVENT i will keep you updated with photos and infos about the recent changes.
The results continously will evolve.
The weight-loss is not the only option , you can also improve your muscles in aesthetic way with a proper diet.
This year we will have many event for you to attend.
For example: Summer Camp, my own free event, videos and our photographer will constantly visit the trainings.
16th January (Monday) YOU have the possibility to JOIN ME and to train with me for the goal you wish to achieve.
There is only one rule!!! DON’T GIVE UP!!!

115 Official is a training method which is based on your own body weight and it has created in Hungary by Adam Deres.He created with all of his knowledge and experiences and passed it on me and now i wish to pass it on to you with my enthusiasm.
Functional training which combined dynamic and static excersises!
The primary goal is to build mainly an aesthetic, well-proportioned muscles, of course with the right attention and the right alimentation there is a possibility for optional weight-loss.
The intensity of the training is high from the beginning until the end.During the 115 training workouts we’re keeping up you extra motivated by continously playing music to help you to sweep through the dead-lock of languidity.
Our principle is not only the physical progress but also the importance of the mental, spiritual progress too during this period, to achieve your goal and to bring out the most of your body with the given training.
I am going to try my best for the team during the training and also out of it too for the reason to make you feel that it’s not just a simple training.
I would like to ask everyone to make this decision on their own because one of the most important thing in life is to be healthy.
You will start to feel better not only constitutional but you can get a rid of sickness and medication.
Huge confidence, motivation for different things in life, which possibly can be work, relationship, anything… 

We do things here now and if you choose our method there is no such option of not showing up.
