Gateway HR have provided external training to personnel on several occasions and have helped to introduce new skills and coach personnel in organising and managing their day to day workload. In a fast moving industry, the support received from Gateway HR has allowed the company to continue its operations with the minimum amount of disruption. The results were almost immediate and through continued support those personnel who underwent the coaching are continuing to develop vital new skills. She was really helpful and enabled me to think about how I would present myself in an interview and those “awkward questions”. She also helped me re-work my CV to its full potential. My company enrolled us into the ILM Level 3 certificate in leadership and management course with Gateway HR at Northampton University. I was a little apprehensive at first, as it had been some time since I did any formal education work, but Emma our tutor made everything really enjoyable, explaining everything and putting us all at ease.The course work was challenging but achievable, the information given to us was exactly what we needed to achieve our goals, and we were supported at every step.I would highly recommend Gateway HR for your training needs, everything about them was professional and efficient and I have definitely gained valuable skills which have made me a better manager. Gateway HR have been a great help to our company Vitae Selection. Not only are there monthly newsletters helpful and full of expert advice, we also had a free HR audit which was completed by Ashley Heeley. He could have not been more supportive and knowledgeable. He completed a full report for us and looked through all of our documents. As someone fairly new to HR, it was really great to know I had full support and expert advice on hand. I would highly recommend Gateway for training and development needs.I attended an ILM Level 3 certificate in leadership and management run by Gateway HR and the University of Northampton. The lessons were run at just the right pace and there was plenty of support available.The assignments given at the end of the course were challenging but achievable. The courses gave the information required to complete the assignments, but still delivered in a more practical view, rather than providing just the information to complete the assignments.I have since taken further courses, and Emma and her team were professional and provided great customer service at all times. Our ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management Course) started in June 2016.
