The first job wasn't completed correctly, however, I don't believe this is fault of the company as a whole. Now revisiting & re-cleaning the property, they have left this in an immaculate condition and we are more than happy with the services provided! It was disappointing that the first visit wasn't completed thoroughly, but they jumped to make this right which you don't find with most companies so at least they honor their customer's feedback & will return if the services provided were unsatisfactory. Sunny was very helpful in this instance and ensured that the property was well looked after - I cannot thank him enough for this. The cleaning service I received yesterday was very good. The cleaners were punctual, hard-working, with an eye to the details. After their 4-hours cleaning I made an inspection and I didn't find a single spot left forgotten! Reasonable price, top quality, expert cleaning service in Liverpool!
