Q&A

It is most important to listen to the client and understand what is to be achieved through the project. Effective design is communicating the right message for the market to respond to. It requires the right brief and professional direction to arrive at the right solution; and sometimes with a little experienced advice along the way.

A good and full brief - I can help with this. I like to build a good understanding of client. An agreement on the budget and payment terms. Deadlines. Any wider applications the project might be expected to interact with.

Just helping clients to be successful. That is what it's all about, isn't it! But I get a kick out of delivering a really well designed and executed project.

You could ask my clients but probably better to ask my wife! I think it's about engaging the creative process directly with the client, and, if I can, having direct eye contact at a briefing I can some times pick up more than just the words.

I am very good at what I do. My clients come back for more! My longest client I've worked with for over thirty years. Talk to me, and lets build a trusting business relationship.
