I am a Personal Trainer and a Sport Massage Therapist. I was born as a runner (the first time I hit the running track I was 12 years old) and I grew up enjoying swimming (I'm a qualified instructor) and cycling. I competed in triathlon at national level and after 17 years I'm still in love with this multi sport.
Being so passionate about fitness and having a good experience as an athlete, drove me to make physical conditioning my career. My main areas of expertise are weight (fat) loss and cardio training.
