Guy was friendly and knowledgeable. He swept my open fire thoroughly and tidied up after himself very well. He was unable to sweep the log burner as it was in a poor state and it would have been too dangerous but he gave me great advice and followed up with handy links for how I can get it fixed and working again.

Not just a sweep. camera checks showed the flue was solid with tar so a cre-away treatment carried out (and it works), replaced fire bricks, replaced a cracked collar, fitted a cowl and bird guard, information and advice all the way. Service with a smile! Part time on call fire fighter for Frome, Guy Lucas, attended promptly to provide an end of tenancy service and clean on our chimney and stove.
