Where do we start? George called to give us a quote for our kitchen, dining room and lounge. From the start everything was sheeted up and blemishes repaired. Together with his sons, Arran & Lewis, they came at the agreed time and worked really hard. They were professional, polite, tidy and never stopped, consulting with us at all times. I used G Borg decorators twice as I had all of downstairs done then 6 months later I had all of upstairs done. George came to my home on a number of occasions after 5 or sometimes 6pm as he quoted for the job then brought me a number of samples to ensure I would be happy with the colours. I couldn’t find a cream colour I liked and George went out of his way to find out a colour he had previously used and I LOVED it and so pleased as it’s perfect. Exactly as they state - HIGH CLASS! Aaron, George & Lewis are absolute perfectionists and the work speaks for itself. From the initial estimate to the end result - I cannot fault them. They were professional, on time everyday and most importantly to me looked after my home as if it was their own. They covered all the surfaces making sure to protect everything - in particular our newly fitted kitchen which they also treated as a priority in order to finish first to cause as little disruption as possible - extremely considerate especially as I didn’t mention this to them or request that. The prep work in readiness for the painting was to such a high standard and so thorough - I could not believe the attention to detail. The painting finish was pristine - flawless. I’ve hired George, Aaron and Lewis on a number of occasions and every time, I’m just amazed by the finished result. This must be the 8th or so job they have done for us over the years and since we moved house, we made sure they followed us! ! We moved to a new build but could instantly tell the difference between G Borg’s work and that of who was hired to decorate the new house. It didn’t take us very long to make sure they was in the house making it perfect!! You will not find a better decorator I can guarantee. They have an amazing eye for detail and I would genuinely never have anyone else decorate for us. I’m sadly running out of places for them to decorate.. maybe the bannister will be next all the way to the top floor!!! More...

I cannot recommend George and in particular Lewis who carried out the work for us highly enough. I have rarely if ever seen such skill and craftsmanship from any tradesperson, and In the last few months I have had I think de imaginable in my house. lewis arrived on time and set about covering up every surface very carefully before starting work by continuously preparing all surfaces for painting. His attention to detail was incredible with him going back over things i]until he was happy with everything to be painted. He then took his time to ensure everywhere was painted to an incredibly high standard, constantly checking and going over where he wasn't happy with the result. It was not an easy job as having just had a new kitchen fitted there were a lot of areas to protect and very many straight and sharp edges to cut in but they did so extremely well. He took his time which these days is a rarity in itself and the end result was incredible. I can see exactly why they call themselves high class painters and decorators. Anyone can call themselves a painter and decorator but what you get with George and Lewis was a level of skill and attention to detail you will struggle to find anywhere else at any cost. I would not hesitate to have future work done by the team, they in my opinion are the best in the area by a long way. More...

First Class ….. you won’t get better! George, Aaron & Lewis have done an amazing job both painting & wallpapering. Two rooms complete so far, I cannot fault their work. I am very particular and fussy, nothing was too much for these lads. They’re now going to decorate the rest of our home (will update my review on completion) because the work they’ve completed so far is of the highest standard. Attention to detail is to perfection, tidy and nothing and I mean nothing is too much for these guys. I have purchased some very expensive wallpaper and was a little worried if not put up right would be a disaster, it looks amazing! We used to use a decorator we knew but as he retired we had to resort to looking via the internet to find a new one. We found G Borg and seen their website and it looked great, they gave us a free written estimate and was very polite and punctual on the desired time we discussed for the estimate. They wasn't the cheapest but because of the way they was on time and with the estimate and see in the van they turned up in and the knowledge we decided to tell them to go ahead.After the job was finished in our lounge we was over the moon!!! what a great job, we had no hassle and the job was "perfect" they even kept our house tidy and Hoovered up!We wish all business operated like theses do, we would well recommend G Borg to anyone and you'll have no trouble with them.5 stars from us and thank you very much!!!
