Alec was kind enough to fit me in to his schedule at very short notice, following a painful episode with my shoulder. He explained the proposed course of treatment clearly and effectively which was successful in releasing the tension that had been gradually building over the course of a couple of months. The relief I have has been fantastic so far and look forward to returning for follow up treatments in the future. I was recommended to Alec by a friend. I did not know much about Thai Massage. I had had an injury in my right shoulder for over nine years. I had decided not to practice Hot Power yoga because of the pain. I had a two-hour-massage with Alec and now can do Hot yoga and can barely feel any discomfort in my shoulder. The gentleness and the empathy that Alec offers allowed me to feel free to express all the emotional pain that was linked to the physical one. I feel very fortunate. Highly recommended! More...
