Felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Cyndy. She kept me updated on how he was doing whilst we were away which was really re assuring. Upon my return I really felt that she had got to know his character and he had clearly been very well cared for. Will definitely use again. More...

I put my 8 month old cocker spaniel in for the weekend and she loved it. It was her first stay in kennels and I was anxious but Cyndy kept me up to date. Will definitely use again in the future and I'm sure Izzy will be excited to return. More...

Fabulous place for dogs. My dogs stayed for daycare at short notice and were very settled and well looked after. Would definately visit again if we are in the area. Thanks

I put My two dogs Poppy and Charlie in here for five nights-they was very well cared for. I can highly recommend this place. My only disappointment-they didn't miss me!! I would take them back again. Thankyou Cindy and family for looking after my two babies for me. More...

My two dogs stayed at The Dog Hotel for two weeks recently, it was their first time and I was really pleased with the care they received and how relaxed they were with both Cyndy and Mike on our return, they seemed happy and at home. I personally know Cyndy and had no worries at all about her capability of looking after my dogs. However that did not stop me being an overall anxious mother worried about leaving my elderly 15 year old dog for a fortnight! Ozzie is getting a bit agitated in his old age and worries when he is left, he is also on a lot of medication including an inhaler. Cyndy took this in her stride, and I was allowed to bring his own bed, blanket and place the Adaptil Calming plug in his room. I wasn't too worried about Shanti ( 2 yr old German Shepherd) as she gets on with everyone, and she was allowed to have her whole toy box in her room to keep her busy. I was sent regular updates from Cyndy of how they were settling in, right from the start and whilst we were away. This was very reassuring. On our return, their room door was open and they were both pottering about with Cyndy and Mike in the kitchen and office area which was nice. They were obviously very pleased to see me but Shanti kept going back to Mike for a fuss! It was obvious that my dogs were very at ease with them and vice versa I felt that Cyndy and Mike had got to know the dogs very well during their stay. I would have no hesitation of using Furling Nursery again and in fact we have re booked a week later in the year. More...
