I offer private one to one lessons in Pilates and Functional fitness training as well as teaching small groups in the ipswich area.

Great way to get fit for the ski season. Needs those core muscles to be in shape. Really enjoyed myself... lovely teacher.

I joined the Pilates classes with a persistent lower back ProblemAnd very poor posture , and can honestly say after just a few weeks my back ache has virtually disappeared , my stomach is flatter and stronger and I feel taller and more confident . I love Caroline's teaching style , she's very approachable ,attentive and professional. I would highly recommend her ! More...
