I was a complete stranger to hats but desperately needed one for a wedding I was attending. I cannot thank Rosie enough for spending the time to let me try so many hats on in her Hampstead studio. Rosie quickly put me at ease as I tried on dozens of different shapes and sizes of hats -- and she gave a lot of feedback on what she thought worked well, and also the other options for how the hats could be (custom) made. I ended up deciding to have a hat in a different colour to the sample -- and it was perfect! The hat wore really well all day, and the clear elastic that went underneath the hairline was very comfortable.

What's nice about working with Rosie on one's hat is that she advises you so well on what actually suits you. The hats themselves are unique and set you apart from others. Thank you so much for doing such a fabulous Grant hat for me! Thank you for all your valuable advice which hat to choose with my dress, for your patience in tracking me down on the phone across Europe, and the express delivery.
