I have been having one to one lessons with Sasha now for 2 months , to be honest I have never felt so good for as long as I can remember . The way he teaches makes you feel confident and to top it all its so much fun and a extremely good cardio workout . Booked Sasha and three instructors to run workshops at our school PTA event. He was incredibly helpful in planning it and all the team were very professional. They worked with 3-7 and 8-14 in two sessions and did a demo of their skills at the start. They broke each move down and put them together by the end into a routine. All the children loved it and really engaged. Sasha and his team had an immediate rapport and it was clear the passion they have for their work. The most energetic way to recharge my batteries, whilst listening to some funky sounds and challenging my ideas about what I can do. Sasha is amazing at breaking down moves so even the most uncoordinated can look funky. Oh and all while getting fitter too! What more do I need? More...
