We offer 1-1 personal training sessions, group sessions, strength and conditioning sessions for sports teams, bootcamps and sports massage therapy.
We have a private training studio along Harrington Lane in Pinhoe, Exeter but are also available for home visits.

Just finished the 8 week women's strength training session with Helen and Chris. Brilliant! Feel fitter, stronger and healthier and the results didn't disappoint.
Would highly recommend this course as an alternative to the gym. Different way of training. Toning without bulking. Motivated by the others in the class. Sessions adapted to all levels and to suit each individual. Great atmosphere. Professional whilst making it fun. Pushes you to be your best.... loved it.

I cannot recommend Frontier Performance and, in particular, Helen highly enough.
Having taken part in a strength training course over a period of eight weeks, I completed the course this evening and am thrilled with the results, which showed improvements across the board. I feel fitter, stronger and healthier since starting the course - but it was still nice and satisfying to see the results in black and white!
Helen is a fantastic Coach, she is knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging - she pushes you (in the nicest possible way!) to really do your best and believes you can do it, even when you don't! Helen has a great sense of humour and makes the sessions fun and enjoyable - I feel like I have made a friend too!
