I did the 90 day Online and Personal Training Package - great value for money. Dan is a great nutrition and fitness coach. He always makes our PT sessions really interesting and varied and always pushes me which is great! He’s also always available to support with the online nutrition stuff which I found really helpful. He’s a great coach and I’d recommend his services if you want to improve your fitness or lose weight. More...

Dan is fantastic at motivating his clients and always pushes you to give 100% effort in training sessions. I have been a client with Dan now for over 8 weeks and can not only see but can feel a massive difference, physically and mentally. Dan has helped me feel more confident, especially with certain equipment and techniques in the gym. Dan checks in with you throughout the week and if anything isn't working on your nutrition plan he will adapt your plan to suit you and your plans for the week. Dan is a great PT and supports you on your journey to achieve your goals. Danny is really good at motivating clients, even when your muscles and lungs are screaming at you to stop! I have been a client for just over 8 weeks now and have lost well over a stone. Not only have i experienced physical changes but the training/nutrition have both had a positive effect mentally, too! Danny will adapt your plans for any goal that you want to achieve. I can not recommend Dan enough!!! I have never lost so much weight and got into shape in such a short space of time before. Danny is very knowledgeable regarding exercises and healthy lifestyles. Even when you have health problems he is a great advisor on techniques that optimise the benefits of various routines.
He is very patient and gives encouragement to people of all ages and abilities and is full of enthusiasm.

Brilliant found it very helpful l have various health problems and used to use a walking stick but no longer needed. Dan the trainer knew how to maximize the excersises l needed to improve my health and l am much stronger healthier and happier l cannot recomend him highly enough.

I am currently in the final month of the online 90 day package Danny offers and I couldn't be happier. Since starting the program I have lost 21lbs and am the fittest I have been for years. Danny is very knowledgeable with both the nutrition and exercise aspects of the program and offers an incredible amount of support to keep you motivated. I’ve just finished a 6 week programme with Danny. He tailored the sessions to suit me after a car crash last year; working on strength and mobility.

He’s a down to earth and honest guy, easy to get on with and very knowledgable.

I’ve been having twice weekly PT sessions with Danny for nearly 12 weeks now and he’s fantastic. He takes so much time and consideration to ensure you are doing the movement correctly. He will demonstrate where you are going wrong.
You can tell how much work he has put in to developing his knowledge for his clients. There are times when I feel like screaming at him as I’m absolutely knackered but he has a way of Motivating you to get that last set out.

Would recommend him to anyone. Regardless of your fitness level he will specifically tailor the session for you. An added bonus is the nutrition side of his training. Every week he sits down and advises on what to improve on eating and what to focus on for the week.
Thanks for everything Danny. I feel like I’m improving each week and getting more confident in my exercises. ��.
