Great place. Beauty swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Gym also very good. Wonderful people are working there. I recommend this place for everyone.

Staff are really friendly. Gym often is quiet, lots of equipment free. great parking. lovely pool and facilities. I'm loving it since joining a few months ago.

Very good gym, well equipped for cardio and weights/resistance. Very nice 25M swimming pool with sauna and hot-tub. Staff are all friendly and enthusiastic. Membership good value considering you get an hours session with a personal trainer included per month. If you want more, you can block buy 10 sessions for £100. More...

Well done to all who took part and helped in The Rotary club Swimathon held by FreshFitness, raising money for defibrillators in the Skegness area!
