I ordered a silk sweater from this Company and though good quality, it didn't suit my body shape. Unfortunately, and unusually, when I returned the sweater, it was lost in the post and since I hadn't had the foresight to pay more for postal insurance, the refund from Royal Mail was but a third of the price.
I have to tell anyone buying from this company that I have never been dealt with so efficiently and with such concern. Today, I received a refund of the other third of the lost item from French Velvet, even though the fault was mine for not paying extra postage.
I rate French Velvet very highly and would recommend them to anyone.
