Freewood Building Contractors Ltd has been in business for 24 years and is based in Widnes, Cheshire. We are a general building contractor working in the public and private sectors and work locally, Regionally and Nationally for some our our bigger clients. Freewood are on the approved lists for the North West Consortium for NHS trusts; Liverpool and Chester Archdioceses; Iceland; Tesco; Halton Borough Council; Knowsley Housing Trust; GMB Union; Riverside Housing; English Churches Housing Group; Devon Doctors and Autism Initiatives. We have also worked closely with local architects practices such as Falconer Chester Hall, Snow Architects, Denovo Designs and Escudo Design in Liverpool, and with Gonshaw Associates and EC Harris based in Manchester.

Works we have recently carried out include a walk-in surgery for Warrington PCT, a store extension for Tesco in Bidston and we are currently working on a total refurbishment of two cottages in the High Street, Frodsham.
