Gavin was extremely engaging through his announcements during the day and he played particular songs at just the right time, knowing that certain songs meant a lot to us. Brian and I got married last Friday at Warbrook House and Gavin was our Master of Ceremonies and DJ. Right from the start Gavin was extremely professional and made it very easy for us to plan our perfect day. His online planning tool is brilliant, showing all the best tracks from the last 60 years allowing us to build a playlist with a combination of our choices mixed in with favourites that Gavin knew would have people heading to the dance floor. We booked Gavin to DJ at our wedding. It was important to us to have a wide variety of music to suit all tastes and to keep people dancing all night. Gavin got it absolutely spot on. Having the online planner was great as it meant guests could log on and add requests and we could add all of our favourite tunes. He was even able to cater for some of our more obscure musical requests! We met with him at our venue a few weeks before to discuss exactly how everything would work on the night. We hired Gavin for our back in October. My wife found him after a lot of research. He did a great job making sure he identified how we wanted the evening to flow including a lot of the music we like. All the guests enjoyed the night with some staying longer to dance to more of the tunes.Before the day Gavin meet us at the venue describing exactly how things would go. For me this was reassuring and confirmed we had made the right choice. The online playlist where people could post tracks before the event was very handy and meant we had a good idea of tracks before the day.Cost wise i thought it was reasonable and compared well to other DJs we had looked at. It was a real pleasure to have Gavin Perform at our wedding; he really helped the evening go with a bang. Gavin was really professional when speaking to him on the phone and that continued all throughout the planning and the day itself. We had requests set up which were played but needed to be changed on the night to get people dancing and also took requests from other guests. It’s such a major part of the day and went without a hitch. If you want a event with great music with a professional DJ and minimum of fuss, look no further. I can’t recommend him enough, 5 stars!
