What makes a great website?
A simple user friendly website, which is straight to the point. Users tend to want to know what the website is offering quickly, without having to sift through to much content.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
A good starting point is to always find out about the clients business, and what they are offering so I can then start to put ideas together.
Describe your creative process.
It's quite simple really... start with a meeting/phone conversation, discussing about the clients business, and then I put together a quotation based on what we have discussed. Once approved, the work gets done, and promptly to fit in with the clients time frame.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
As much information as possible regarding the clients business.
What do you love most about your job?
Although I have been doing this professionally for over 15 years, I started web design/ graphic design before as a hobby. I have always enjoyed being creative, and just enjoy every aspect of the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As I did this as a hobby growing up, it was a no brainer to start a business and turn something I love doing in to a profession.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am reliable, work hard and always strive to give the client the end product they requested, and deserve.

A meeting is not necessary, and I can liaise with clients via phone/email. Whatever the client is most comfortable with, I am happy to accommodate.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I am a freelancer, over the past couple years all discussions/meetings have been remote, so no in person contact has been necessary. Although, I am happy to meet clients if they wish to, and will attend meetings wearing a mask.
