A very disappointing experience. As a rule I don't like leaving negative reviews however in the case of Franchise-uk I will make an exception. The initial sale is fantastic your experience with Joel is great! However when on the platform you are spammed with leads that are not relevant to the sector that you are in. Franchise-uk automatically sends you inquiries from potential franchisees in the retail or food sectors when you are advertising an accountancy franchise. I believe this is premeditated by Franchise-uk in order to making you think that they are delivering huge volumes of leads. However they are doing this for everyone! When you switch this function off you can count on 1 hand the volume of leads and the service appears very poor. When it comes to renewal they offer you a great deal. My response I need proof that your website works as I do not believe it does. What background do I have to make sure a comment? Well I've tried all the major sites including Franchise Direct, Businessforsale, Point Franchise Which Franchise and Franchise Local so I understand. The reason for leaving this review is a do not want you to waste your money like I have on website that doesn't generate a reasonable volume of good quality leads. But if you want to receive lots of spam and waste your time please go ahead! I'm about to walk away from £990 of SMS and emails to their database as I'd rather not waste my time on the poor quality leads please do not make the same mistake. Kind Regards James More...
