I contacted Foxlight Photography as I needed some product Photographs taken of a number of leather belts taken for use on an online platform.
I knew the brief would be difficult as the products I needed to be photographed were stock which needed to be sold and had to be handled with care due to the nature of the material used.
I explained to Dan what I required and as my knowledge of what was needed to achieve this was limited, I found that Dan`s constructive input was invaluable.
Dan worked within the given time frame given , he also worked within my Budget .
He produced some fantastic photographs and I will definitely be using his services again .

We hired Dan to cover our wedding in October, having never used a photographer before and heard some terrible stories about others we were more than a little nervous.
But Dan was friendly, patient and professional, he took all of our ideas on board and delivered above and beyond what we had hoped for. Our wedding photos came out beautifully and he really caught all those little special moments for us.

Having my photograph taken has never felt comfortable. When I needed a professional photograph taken having Dan visit me at home and set up his mobile studio in my sitting room was perfect.
I felt at ease and not in the least bit self conscious by the whole experience. The proof was in the end product. I was delighted with the photographs. I will be booking a further session for the rest of the team for promotional photographs

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
You need to get three things right - a great moment, so there's no doubt about why the photo was taken; great light, which sets the mood and gives form to the subject; and finally great composition, which means all the elements in the photograph have to balance and work together, with nothing in the frame that doesn't deserve to be there.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do you want to achieve in terms of mood, style, and general appearance?
Can you give me three words that describe you / your brand / your product, etc?
Is there anything you've seen that you definitely *don't* want?
What do you love most about your job?
The variety, and being able to work flexibly so I can spend time with my family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted more control over what I was doing, more freedom to take on new and interesting projects, and a better work-life balance.
