Andrew took on our formal Saturday dinner & informal Sunday "barbecue" buffet dinner @ very short notice indeed, after the chef that we had been intending to use, left. Andrew took on the menu that we had agreed with the previous chef, vastly improving on it in terms of nice touches such as rewording & suggesting little extras, such as a taster course. He provided a fantastic menu in a scroll, using the logo & font that we were using for our 3 night joint 60th celebration @ Appleby Castle.When it came to the formal dinner on the Saturday night, Andrew & his team pulled out all the stops to provide a superb meal, which all 32 people attending the meal absolutely could not fault; indeed I understand that many people in the group personally congratulated him for such a fabulous performance.The barbecue on the Sunday evening was also provided with complete aplomb & the individual elements were again incredibly well thought/delicious.I can only say that if we were ever to wish to provide a special meal again for our friends, we would undoubtedly use Andrew to provide it. Andrew Fox was our chef this New Year's Eve and I've got to say I was blow away by how amazing the food was. He produced creative dishes, with beautiful presentation and each one tasted equally extraordinary.
I give him 5* for an all round exceptional services. Would definitely recommend and will be booking him again.
