A gym like no other. A very chilled environment with amazing gym equipment that is all set up just for you so no adjusting weights and settings on this top of the range intelligent stuff! Quick enough to do the circuits in lunch breaks or if short on time. Staff are all very friendly with lots of knowledge and I really like the regular socials they do!! Gym and tonic nights, Summer BBQ’s, and looking forward to the Christmas social next to meet new people! More...
