Haley was truly the best wedding co-ordinator we could have hoped for and the best money we spent! Completely took away all of our worries on the big day and was working away in the background to make sure everything ran smoothly. From helping to plan the big day, co-ordinating suppliers, helping with set up, to keeping everyone on track on the wedding day- she is amazing! We think she went completely above and beyond from helping the boys with their pocket squares, driving to the church to try to find the bride’s lost phone and sunglasses (!), to making sure we had a drink in hand and adjusting the schedule when the ceremony was delayed by 45 minutes due to car troubles - just incredible! I would highly recommend booking Haley, especially if you have a DIY wedding as it is such a weight off your mind and so helpful to be able to send her a text when something pops into your mind on the morning of the wedding when you aren’t in the vicinity. Thank you so much Haley, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to all of our friends! Xxx More...

Planning a wedding can be stressful at the best of times let alone with a one year old, busy jobs, life projects etc! That’s when we decided to get Haley on board and how glad were we to have her help plan our big day. Haley kept us focused on what we needed to arrange for the day and how to structure it best. Her help with our wedding setup was invaluable - totally shared our vision and her personable and professional manner kept us feeling calm and focused. Haley was also an incredible help on the day itself - she helped the day run smoothly which wasn’t an easy task with 130x guests!! We want to say a massive thank you to Haley for coordinating our wedding day.
We took upon the massive task of doing a DIY wedding and were worried about the coordination of the day.
Initially, it was something we thought we could do ourselves but then decided a Coordinator was a better idea to enable us to relax and enjoy the whole day.
We really couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Haley helped with the set up on the Friday and then arrived early on the Saturday morning to start the preparations. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing day. Any stresses we had were taken away from us and Haley dealt with everything.
Haley was professional but friendly and we had many comments from the wedding guests about how well she ran the day.
We cannot thank you enough for the hard work and effort you put in to making our special day run as smoothly as possible and so successfully.
We would highly recommend Haley!

People always talked about how stressful planning weddings are and with a move to the US before our wedding I thought it would be awful! Step in Hayley and hand on heart can say organising it was the happiest time of my life (minus the big day of course �), she made everything a breeze, was super organised and always had answers to my worries. Haley was quite simply amazing! We were planning not one but two celebrations and Haley took all of the worry out of co-ordinating our big festival wedding. She listened to what we wanted from the day and really understood our ideas, made helpful suggestions throughout and arranged all of the wedding suppliers.
