I would definitely recommend For Ever Homes Ltd. From the initial phone call to the finished product I found them very professional. One of the things I really liked was when we had that first meeting the representative not only measured up the job but then sat down with me and explained exactly how the job would be done showing me pictures on his laptop. The workforce were friendly and polite and the work was completed within the timescale, even though Thursday 25th was the hottest day of the year. We used Forever Homes to paint our who adjoining houses comprising of five separate flats. They were very clear in their communication and did a stellar job. For Ever Homes Contacted me when I put an advert on My Builder to have the outside of my home rendered. I didnt think I would be able to afford them, but they came and quoted and I have to say I was amazed at the price. From start to finish they were nothing but proffesional, helpful and polite, clean and tidy. The job was amazing and made our home look amazing. I chose to go with their Permatex and Im so glad I did. For the price I paid in my area I had beeb quoted more just to have home rendered and then I would have had to have painted it myself. Really delighted with the job done on our house by For Ever Homes.They took off the render on our rear kitchen extension which was blown, re-rendering it beautifully smooth and painting. Front of our house was entirely re-rendered in a light grey colour which gives our house presence in our street. They also did painting and repairs to woodwork and other elements. They also took care with our neighbours properties, covering up their walls as they worked. Overall, we’re left with excellent weather proofing, a modern and fresh look, and a high quality finish. For Ever Homes completed the exterior decoration of our Victorian building (4 flats). They were reliable and communicated well throughout. The brick work looks a little fresher and the windows, plinths, door and garden wall look great. Scaffolding was removed immediately after the job, which doesn't always happen! Very happy with the job, from the initial visit by Alan to saying good bye to Brian as he left for the last time. The repair ended up a much bigger job but the all in priceset by Alan made life so much easier - no hidden extras and a lot achieved within the contract. Brian worked hard and still found time to explain what is going on. Don't know haw he managed to keep going in the heat wave - must have been the endless supply of cold drinks. There was no rushing, the job was done with a high degree of skill. As the work progressed any extra repairs that needed doing were done. The result is a totally new improved look to our house. After initial contact with Richard he came to the house and went through in detail what the Wethertex product was all about. We watched a short video whilst they went outside to measure the house. The outside render was failing and in need of some desperate R&R and being in our late 60's were not fit enough to climb ladders.After the initial quote, which we felt was really good value, the workmen came to start clearing off the render and start transformation of three walls of our Chalet bungalow built in 1911.We wanted an exterior that would last longer than the rogue builders who had quoted and we made the right move choosing them. From start to finish, all the trades involved, two workmen of the most professional standard both in courtesy and Technical abilities, we were really astounded at the transformation of our home. For a start there's a sign at the door saying so buying or selling, second I made it quite clear it wasn't a good time with my two young children loose in the house. Eventually said I wasn't interested and shut the door (don't like to be rude but i had given enough hints) he then kept asking Lidl for his leaflet back whilst still hanging around the closed front door which was quite intimidating. Richard from Forever Homes went the extra mile to assist me with making decisions, whilst providing me with options to ensure I was completely satisfied and happy, which took a lot of stress away from the process.
Having worked with dozens of rogue builders in the past two years it feels good to say that my faith in the trade has been restored with Forever Homes.
My house looks absolutely stunning and much much better than I ever imaged it would.
