I have recently done a first aid course with Faisal. He is very knowledgeable and engages well with participants. Getting people involved in these things can be tricky but he created a good atmosphere and made sure there was enough participation and repetition for people to learn and remember the skills. Would highly recommend!

I have just completed a First Aid at work level 3 training day with Faisal Mahmood as the trainer. I have completed first aid training before but this was run so that it was informative and still interesting. Faisal was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. There was a mix of practical and theoretical work. I have come away feeling like my own knowledge has really been refreshed and added to. I completed a Level 3 course today with FM First Aid Training for my job, and I am very happy with how it went. The trainer I had was Faisal Mahmood, and he was extremely kind to me. I get very squeamish when anything blood-related comes up, sometimes to the point of feeling like I’m about to faint. Faisal picked up on that immediately and took me to one side to see if I was alright. With his support and encouragement, I was able to successfully complete the course. Aside from that, he explained everything clearly and professionally, let us ask all our questions, and put a humorous spin on quite a few aspects which has helped me remember them a lot better. As youth worker I am first said trained but recently becoming a new parents I was nervous of my lack of knowledge on first aid for young children and babies. Due to work and a young baby my husband and I were unable to get to evening classes locally so I contacted Faisal directly who came to our home to do the 2 hour session for us and our parents. I cannot recommend him enough. He is very professional and committed to ensuring we got what we wanted from the session and as a result we feel ready and prepared should an emergency happen. We had the course at our home and found it very useful and relevant. Highly recommended for learning skills such as CPR, recovery position, burns and whatever questions one has. The attendees get to practice on manekins. The course helps provide forsight into what can go wrong and provide awareness. Today we attended our baby first aid with Faisal founder of FM First Aid Training. Having been a lifeguard as well as attended many other first aid certifications over the past 15 years for work! I highly recommend FM First Aid Training. He came to us and was affordable, equipment was clean and in good working order... and your husbands will enjoy the choking activity he is interesting, clear when he speaks and actively checks understanding. Make a list of questions before as to make sure you go over everything that’s freaking you out , I would probably recommend adding those questions to your enquiry so Faisal can prepare accordingly. However he is thorough. Don’t wait until it’s too late and something happens that makes you realise you should get this Training. Do it before your baby arrives, it could save your child’s life. I have already stuck my hand book on the fridge. Initially I was intimidated by the idea of a full day first aid course as the only newbie in my group but the session was led in an informative but laid back fashion and everything started from basics so I wasn't playing catch-up. I’ve been on many first aid training courses and can honestly say that this course was up there with the best of them. The course was personalized for the attendees’ work places and information was delivered in a variety of ways. I particularly liked the clever way that the information was repeated through talking, visual aids, practical exercises, written questions/answer sessions, practical assessments, refresher quick fire quizzes, and simulated scenarios. I feel the different approaches helped me recap and retain the information. In addition the approach gave everyone the opportunity to clarify any misconceptions and for Faisal to deliver the latest advice in first aid practises. This was the first time I had seen an opened DFib and welcomed the opportunity to have a go at using one in training mode on a manikin. Fantastic experience. I’m an LTA tennis coach and this was my 4th First Aid course. This was by far the most engaging and interesting to follow. The others I have attended were boring and sometimes unclear. Faisal speaks very clearly, is engaging, puts you at ease and insures you don’t waste a day for an activity that is compulsory to many workers.
