First impressions were that he was a pleasant and professional tradesman who really knew his stuff.
He went through every fine detail of the job and each step, with what it entailed.
FloSmart heating installed a new boiler and unvented cylinder in our property. During the quote he showed us his various qualifications and pictures of previous and similar jobs. After accepting a competitive and professional quotation, we found that nothing was too much hassle for this company. From protecting our carpets and worktops to keeping his work neat and tidy around the house. Explaining how everything worked once the job was complete.

What I like most about my job, no 2 days are the same, one day you could be on a boiler service next day a boiler install, boiler installation are great especially when you have a blank canvass.

Boiler Service
Getting your boiler serviced annually is very important, it keeps your boiler working more efficiently and keeps you the user safe. At FloSmart Heating, we will visually check the components inside your boiler for any signs of wear and advise you, to try to eliminate a boiler breakdown when you least expect it. We check the ignition electrodes, fan, burner, expansion vessel ( if applicable), safety devices and flue to make sure the boiler is working correctly and safely. You will receive a certificate onsite, to say that your boiler is safe to operate. We charge a fee of £70 for a boiler service and a 1 hour time slot is allocated to carry out the boiler service.
Landlord Gas Safety Check
As a landlord it is law to have all your gas appliances in the property checked yearly to make sure they are safe for your tenants to use. At FloSmart Heating we check all appliances including has pipework (tightness test). Landlord certificates are issued onsite, you the landlord must have a copy and 1 copy must be left on site with the tenant.
Prices for a landlord safety check vary depending on how many appliances there are in the property.
Boiler Installation
Need a new boiler?? We can install any domestic boilers.
Need advise on which boiler?? We can offer guidance too. At FloSmart Heating we recommend Viessmann boilers, Baxi boilers, and Vaillant boilers we are able to offer extended warranty on these boilers, but we can fit which ever boiler you require. All our boilers are fitted with care, we take pride in our work, all our boilers are fitted with heating filters to protect the heat exchanger from blockages and extend the life of the boiler. We also fit inline magnetic scale reducers to Combination boilers this is to protect the hot water heat exchanger (plate to plate) from limescale build up in hard water areas. Please note if water softener is fitted, inline magnetic scale reducer is not required.

Full Heating Installation
Don’t have gas? But are looking to change across to gas. FloSmart Heating can install full heating systems, we will size all radiators needed for you by doing a BTU calculation. Which type of system is best based on hot water demand, ie is a hot water cylinder needed . Boiler location and pipe work, and everything that goes with getting you a brand new heating system.
Fault Finding
Boiler not working?
Often it seems boilers breakdown in the winter when we need it the most. If your boiler is not working or your heating system is not working correctly, we can attend to diagnose the problem for you, we aim to get this fixed as soon as possible depending on parts needed. We carry out visual checks and electrical tests to diagnose the fault,
Prices are £70 for the 1st hour then £35 an hour

Bathroom installation
Need a new bathroom. We can install bathroom, shower rooms too, you tell us what style you like and we can do the rest.
PLEASE NOTE, tiling is only completed by FloSmart heating depending on the area required, and in some cases when removing tiles a plaster is needed depending on how the old tiles come off the wall, Any electrical work, new extractor fans, lighting is outsourced.
