I would say Natalie is the supplier from Florentina who we had most communication with over the months of planning. Not once were we disappointed with the amount of time we had a response, nor the professional approach she took in making our wedding day especially unique. Natalie helped us throughout our journey of wedding planning and without her guidance, we would have been completely lost. Thank you Natalie and all of the catering team who produced and served a very special event. Florentina catered for our wishes of vegan and vegetarian options like they had done it a million times. Florentina are incredible! They are warm, friendly and highly professional, with an amazing attention to detail. I can not recommend Florentina more highly, Annabelle and her team of staff and Jake and his kitchen team made our wedding totally perfect. In a marquee with a 50mph gale and -5 they created delicious canapés, venison, pudding, martinis and a full bar which kept the whole party going. Every morsel of food was served with care and decorations and piping hot- all entirely devoured!The team could not be more willing to help from our first email to 2am they were professional, kind and above all everything was delicious.Thank you! I am not sure there are enough words to describe how amazing Florentina is. We used them for our wedding last week and I could not fault them for even the smallest thing. Annabelle is probably the most organised person I have ever met and her professional and no fuss approach made the whole process from beginning to end so easy for us.We wanted something very simple for our wedding food and Jake came up with a menu just for us and within our budget. Every single person at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Not only that but alongside Kevin at Godwick hall, Annabelle made the whole day run so smoothly and went far beyond what we expected from the catering company.There aren't enough thank yous in the world to show our gratitude. Wonderful from start to finish. We had the pleasure of experiencing Florentina at our best friends' wedding, and knew nobody else would top them at our own, so didn't try anyone else. The tasting experience was wonderful - I did not expect to be eating a full 3 course meal with canapes! In the run up to the wedding, nothing was too much trouble. The team answered every question promptly and politely, and on the day our guests could not stop commenting on the professionalism of the Florentina team and quality of the food. Florentina are an absolutely superb team of caterers. They worked our wedding and were thoroughly wonderful throughout: they are fantastically organised and took so much responsibility off our shoulders, and made us feel really confident everything would run smoothly, as indeed it did! Their food was fantastic: had we not seen it, we’d find it hard to believe that food so fresh and delicious could be prepared and served to so many people.
